Welcome to Picture Perfect Window Cleaning & Lights! We are excited to help your property shine. Before we get started, please take a moment to read through our Terms & Conditions. By booking a service with us, you are agreeing to the following terms.
We strive for perfection in every job. Our team will arrive at your property with the professional equipment and expertise needed to provide the service you’ve requested—whether it’s crystal-clear windows, a clean roof, or festive holiday lighting.
Accuracy: Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer or a visual inspection of the property. If the scope of work changes upon arrival (e.g., more windows than originally stated or extreme debris), we will discuss any price adjustments with you before beginning work.
Validity: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
To help us do our best work safely and efficiently, we ask that you:
Access: Ensure we have access to all areas requiring service (e.g., unlocked gates, cleared driveways).
Windows: For interior window cleaning, please remove items from windowsills and move fragile furniture away from the work area.
Water & Power: For pressure washing and certain cleaning services, we may require access to an outdoor water spigot and/or an electrical outlet.
Pets & Children: For safety, please keep pets and children away from the work area while our equipment is in use.
We value your time and ask that you value ours.
Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24-48 hours’ notice.
Weather: Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent. If high winds, heavy rain, or lightning make it unsafe for our crew to work, we will contact you to reschedule for the earliest available opening.
Holiday Lighting: We provide the lights, timers, and installation. Maintenance (replacing burnt-out bulbs) is included during the season. Removal will be scheduled for January.
Pressure/Roof Washing: We use professional-grade cleaning solutions. While we take every precaution to protect your landscaping, please ensure sensitive plants are watered before and after our visit.
Solar Panels: We use specialized, non-abrasive techniques to ensure your panels are cleaned without affecting their efficiency or warranty.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept [Insert Payment Methods, e.g., Credit Cards, Check, Cash, or Zelle]. Late payments may be subject to a small late fee.
Our Guarantee: If you aren’t 100% satisfied with our work, please let us know within 24 hours. We will come back and make it right at no extra cost.
Pre-existing Conditions: We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as rotted window sills, loose siding, or cracked glass that was present prior to our arrival.
Liability: Picture Perfect is fully licensed and insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and professionally.
We respect your privacy. Any personal information (name, address, email) provided to us is used solely for scheduling and billing purposes and will never be sold to third parties.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or business practices. The latest version will always be available on our website.
